Give your child the opportunity to learn the game of a lifetime in a FUN, SAFE and ENCOURAGING environment. Whether a total beginner or an experienced junior golfer, participants will improve their knowledge of the game through learning:

Pre Swing Fundamentals - Grip, Stance, Posture, Alignment
In Swing Fundamentals - Pivot, Weight Transfer, Balance, Swing Plane
Golf Etiquette, Golf Rules, Scoring

Curriculum = SNAG (Starting New at Golf & U.S.Kids Learning Program) - premium equipment is included.

Curriculum Components: Instruction is age appropriate, effective and retainable. This program provides character development and life lessons. Physical Education, Fitness, Rules and Safety are included..

Cost: $89 per child per 4 week/4 hour session. $133.00 per child per 6 week/6 hour session. Additional family members receive a 10% discount as do returning customers.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 1 week from the start of class will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for cancellations within 1 week of the start of class.

To register:

Step 1) Complete 3 forms - the waiver and release form, the medical/emergency statement AND the registration form below. All 3 forms must be completed. Once you hit submit this portion of registration is completed and you will only be notified if the class is full and you are on the wait list.
Step 2) After you fill out the forms please send a check made out to Maria Palozola to PO Box 31071 Des Peres, MO 63131.
Your registration will be complete once payment is received.

While my child is participating in the after school golf program with Maria Palozola and Eva Chaffin , I acknowledge and assume all the foregoing risks on his /her behalf and likewise accept personal responsibility for any injury or damages that may occur. I release , waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Maria Palozola or Eva Chaffin or other instructors/substitutes they may hire to conduct activities.
