We use the Boditrak Ground Force Sensing mat. This gives us real time data and shows us how you react with the ground in your golf swing to create power and stability. The sensors help us pick out imbalances in your set up as well as weight shift/transfer issues in your swing. They also help us detect how efficiently you are using the ground for power. The staff at St. Louis Golf Lessons is Boditrak Certified.
