Junior Golf Program Selection Guide

​St. Louis Golf Lessons offers a large variety of junior golf programs to suit every age, skill level and goal.  Included among the selections you will see all of the national junior golf growth initiatives such as PGA Junior League and LPGA USGA Girls Golf.  

Choosing a program can be confusing so we have broken it down for you!


Total Beginner:  If your child a total beginner...

Juniors with little or no experience just wanting to test the waters would do well in the following programs:

Junior Select Program
Little Birdies Golf Academy (ages 3-6)
U.S. Kids Golf Camps
LPGA USGA Girls Golf Program
PGA Junior League 
Junior Winter Program
After School Golf Programs
Our Park District Programs


Minimal Experience:  If your child has played a little, but is not super competitive... 

Juniors who have a general knowledge of the game and have played some and maybe even had some instruction would do well in the following programs:

Junior Select Program
U.S. Kids Golf Camps
LPGA USGA Girls Golf Program
​PGA Junior League 
​Junior Winter Program
​After School Program

Some Competition:  If your child has competed a little bit (CYC Golf, Gateway Junior PGA) and is looking to further their game...

Juniors who have had a taste of competition, are fairly serious about the game and are looking to further their skills would do well in the following programs:
Junior Select Program
U.S. Kids Golf Camps
Junior Winter Program


Serious About Golf:  If your child is serious about becoming a good player and competing...

If your child wants to play competitive golf whether high school golf or beyond the following programs are designed for them:
